Der integrierte Drahtbügel verhindert zuverlässig ein Verdrehen des Karabiners in der Anseilschlaufe, damit keine ungünstigen Querbelastungen auftreten. Zudem kann der Bügel nur mit Druck von oben geöffnet werden, dadurch kann sich die Anseilschlaufe nicht unbeabsichtigt aus der Position lösen. Dank der kompakten Form und des Slider-Verschlusses hat der HMS BULLETPROOF BELAY ECO dennoch ein schlankes Profil und lässt sich auch einhändig bedienen.
